What we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email, optional organisation and the message content (including your choices of size, interest and time). The form does not ask for health information – please do not send any.
Purpose and basis
The information is used only to reply to your enquiry, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests.
How it is sent
The form is sent to a PHP script on our web server at Hostinger, which forwards it as email to [email protected] via the host’s mail service. No database is used.
Abuse protection
To limit abuse the server stores a pseudonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter in a temporary folder outside the public website. Maximum five attempts per 15 minutes. Files are removed automatically once the 15-minute window has expired and the next request cleans up.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to follow up the matter and are then deleted. We have not set a specific retention period beyond this. The web host’s technical logs follow Hostinger’s terms.
Cookies
The site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies and loads no external fonts or media. We only store your cookie-banner choice in your browser’s localStorage. The balance check is not stored.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
